BLUE LAB
Every learning lab is stocked with what you need for sharing information and ideas, including white-board windows and tables. Every station has cables to connect devices to multiple large Wi-Fi monitors around the room.

IDEAL FOR:
Training, board meetings, classes, and team brainstorming
INCLUDED:
80” touchscreen TV, 4 breakout TVs, write-on walls/desks, in-desk connections for your device to any/all TV screens
Orange/Green Lab
Every learning lab is stocked with what you need for sharing information and ideas, including white-board tables and cables to connect your devices to large Wi-Fi compatible monitors.
SEATING:
Up to 36 (6 chairs/table)
IDEAL FOR:
Training, board meetings, workshops, classes, and team brainstorming
INCLUDED:
4 tables (6 chairs each), write-on walls/desks, large Wi-Fi TV with connected PC for presentations
Breakout Rooms
Need a smaller meeting space? Every breakout room is stocked with what you need for sharing information and ideas, and still includes the tools you need.
SEATING:
Up to 6 with table & chairs
IDEAL FOR:
Smaller collaborative meetings, brainstorming sessions, team media reviews, consultation sessions
INCLUDED:
White-board tables & windows, dry erase markers, post-it notes, and cables to connect your devices to a large monitor
Heritage Room
A more formal and private space for a small to medium sized group, this room can be anything you need it to be – especially with dimmable lights and equipped for A/V needs.
SEATING:
Up to 48 with tables & chairs; up to 70 with chairs only
IDEAL FOR:
Luncheons, birthday parties, bridal showers, trainings, and meetings
INCLUDED:
5 round tables, 2 rectangle tables, black chairs, black tablecloths
THE ATRIUM
With floor to ceiling windows, abundant natural light guarantees a beautiful setting for your gathering despite the weather. Add this space on to Rudisill Hall or keep it by itself for a smaller event.
SEATING:
Up to 72 with tables & chairs; up to 110 with chairs only
IDEAL FOR:
Media conferences meet & greet events, luncheons, or parties
