CORPORATE EVENT PLANNING
Know exactly what you want done, but not sure where to start or don’t have the time to do it? Relax, we have 10+ years of corporate event planning experience. We’ll find out exactly what you are trying to accomplish, and develop a custom plan to make that possible.
Event Concierge
Our friendly staff can be available to help you with day-of event needs, from set-up to tear down, to managing details like directing the caterer to the right spot, warmly greeting your guests and giving them directions, and making sure the VIPs of your event have everything they need. TECH SUPPORT
A presenters worse nightmare is a tech failure at the wrong time. Forget about the anxiety of a tech failure. We’ve got your back. Our Tech Assistance packages can have someone on-site dedicated to your tech needs big or small. Whether you just need someone there to make sure everything is loaded right and ready to go, or a full scale interactive event website we will use the perfect combination of technology & A/V to get your message across.
DECORATIONS
From centerpieces to ambient lighting to stage decor, your event can have that polished look of being entrusted to the professionals. Select from of our existing decor packages, or rent pieces from our inventory and create your own. Either way, we make it easy for you to have a beautiful space.
CATERING COORDINATION
We are constantly adding to our repertoire of caterers. We know who is great for what type of event, and we would love to lend your our expertise to help you coordinate the food and beverages for your event. We will manage the details from the first initial phone call, to day day of set-up. We will be there to make sure you’re making the best choices for you, and to prevent any unforeseen hiccups.
